About Us
N5 Luxury is an independent online retailer specializing in pre-owned luxury handbags, watches, jewelry, and accessories.
Our inventory is acquired through our purchasing and consignment network, which may include established suppliers, professional dealers, consignors, and private clients. Each item is reviewed before it is offered for sale.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about an item’s condition, included accessories, shipping origin, delivery estimate, authentication documentation, or return eligibility.
N5 Luxury is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of the brands featured on this website unless expressly stated. Brand names and trademarks are used solely to identify the products offered for resale.
Our Review Approach
Authenticity and accurate product information are central to our review process.
Before an item is listed, our team reviews its identity, condition, and consistency with the information provided for that specific item. Depending on the product category, this review may include construction, materials, hardware, craftsmanship, brand markings, date codes, serial identifiers, movement details, and available provenance.
For selected items, we may also use an independent third-party authentication service. When an authentication report or certificate is included with a purchase, this will be stated in the product listing.
Items that do not meet our review requirements are not offered for sale. Many pre-owned luxury pieces are one-of-one items, and their condition, accessories, and history may differ.
Each listing is prepared for the specific item offered for sale and identifies its condition, included accessories, price, and availability. Original packaging, receipts, brand certificates, dust bags, straps, keys, locks, or other accessories are included only when they are specifically stated in the product description.
We encourage customers to review all available photographs and condition details before purchasing. If you would like additional photographs or information about an item, please contact us before placing your order.
Our Authenticity Commitment
We stand behind the item-specific representations in each listing.
If a purchased item is determined to be inauthentic by a qualified independent authenticator, please contact us promptly with the written authentication report and your order information. We will review the claim and provide the remedy described in our ITEM REVIEW and required by applicable law.
