FREE STANDARD DHL SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

All U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping via DHL, with no minimum purchase. Estimated standard delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch. This is the carrier transit time, not the time from placing your order.

DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All packages are shipped with direct signature required, and our carrier is instructed not to leave packages without your signature.

Shipping Fees And Express Delivery

We ship Monday through Friday. We cover all regular shipping costs, and we'll send you tracking information after shipment. Any return or refund will incur a $100 shipping and handling fee.

Expedited DHL shipping is available. Please contact sales@n5-luxury.com before placing your order to confirm availability, timing, and any additional charges. Standard free shipping does not guarantee overnight or Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship overseas via DHL, typically Monday through Friday. We charge a flat fee for shipping and duties.

If customs in the buyer’s country require additional duties, the buyer is responsible for those charges. If the buyer rejects the package, we will request a return. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred due to the return, which will be deducted from the refund.

If you have any questions regarding customs charges, please contact us. All shipments are fully insured for loss in transit, except for seizure by customs authorities.
