How it works

  • Submit item details and receive an estimated offer.

    Complete the selling form with details about your designer bag, including the brand, type, condition, and up to six photos. You will receive an estimate within 2 to 3 days.

  • Ship Your Item with Free Pre-Paid Shipping

    If you accept the estimate, you will receive a contract and a prepaid shipping label. Shipping and insurance are free. Securely package your item to prevent damage.

  • We Inspect And List, You Get Paid

    After receiving and inspecting the item, we will list it. If you are selling your item, you will receive immediate payment. Consignment items can expect payment once your item is sold on our site.

HOW DO WE DETERMINE THE PRICE WE OFFER?

We base our offers on current market demand, recent sales of comparable bags, rarity, condition, and brand desirability. Our in-house experts track global resale trends daily to ensure that the price we offer is competitive, fair, and reflects your bag’s true market value.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SELL AND CONSIGNMENT?

When you choose an outright sale, we purchase your bag immediately and you receive payment once the bag passes our inspection. With consignment, we list your bag for sale on your behalf and you are paid after it sells. Consignment provides a higher payout, but an outright sale offers the fastest turnaround.

WHEN AND HOW DO I GET PAID?

For outright purchases, payment is typically made 5 to 7 business days after your item passes our authentication and quality inspection. For consignments, payment is typically made 5 to 7 business days after we receive payment from the buyer. We pay via ACH direct deposit or bank wire for international sellers and consignors.

WHAT ARE YOUR CONSIGNMENT THRESHOLDS

Our consignment thresholds determine the percentage you receive from the final sale price based on the item’s value:

$0–$1,750: 60%
$1,751–$4,999: 75%
$5,000–$59,999: 80%
$60,000 and above: 85%

We do not lower prices without the written consent of the consignor, ensuring you have full control over your item’s pricing. These rates ensure you know exactly what you will earn before your item is listed.
