What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by order, billing address, and eligibility. If a financing option is offered for your order, its terms will be shown before you complete checkout.

How do you review items before listing?

Each listing is prepared for the specific item offered for sale. Before listing, we review the item’s identity, condition, and we compare it with the details shown in that listing. Inventory may come from suppliers, dealers, consignors, or private clients; available provenance and included documentation are identified in the listing. For each listed item we sell, the scope of review varies by item and product category. Selected items may also be reviewed by an independent third-party authentication service.

If you believe an item does not match its listing, contact us promptly with your order information and supporting documentation. We will review the claim under the applicable policies and legal requirements.

When will my item ship?

Shipping methods, processing times, and destination availability are described in our Shipping policy and shown for the order at checkout.

Any available expedited option and order-specific charge will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Will you hand carry items?

N5 Luxury offers hand delivery services for an additional fee. If you would like your item hand delivered, please contact us.

Will I be charged sales tax or custom duties?

For international orders, shipping and duties are handled as described in our Shipping policy and shown for the order at checkout.
For international orders, our charge includes both shipping and applicable duties.

Why do you have a final sale policy on most items?

Return eligibility depends on the item and order.

Once an item is received by the recipient, we can no longer control how it is handled. Even the slightest change in condition, such as a smudge or the loss of plastic on the foot of a Hermès bag, can substantially reduce the item's value.

Contact us before purchase if you have questions about return eligibility for a specific item.

To request a return, follow the current Returns policy and contact us with the order information. Eligibility and instructions are governed by that policy and applicable law.

Can my purchase be financed or placed on layaway?

Why doesn't N5 Luxury take returns on new or never used items?

Return eligibility depends on the item and order. Review the product listing and our Returns policy before purchase. If an item is eligible for return, follow the conditions stated in the Returns policy.

Does N5 Luxury buy back items?

We may consider previously purchased items for resale or consignment. Any offer is based on an item-specific review and is not guaranteed.

Do you offer personal shopping services?

We offer a personal shopping experience for all our clients. Clients and shoppers are welcome to call with questions about any of our products, to check shipment status, or to complete a purchase by phone instead of online.

You do not have the item I am looking for. Can you find it?

If you are looking for a specific item, contact us with the details. We may be able to assist, subject to availability.

How does your concierge service work?

We fulfill client requests using our own inventory or by sourcing items through our extensive network of other dealers. If we are able to source an item, we require payment in advance. After we receive and review the item, we require the remaining payment before shipment.

Do you offer gifting services?

Whether you are searching for the perfect gift for a wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, or friend, we can advise you on the selection process. Delivery timing depends on the item and destination. Complimentary gift wrapping is available upon request.

Is my information secure?

We value our clients’ privacy and keep client information secure. All payment information remains confidential. Credit card transactions are processed through secure servers, and our payment processor does not provide us with access to credit card information. We do not store credit card information.

Are you legally affiliated with the brands you carry?

N5 Luxury is an independent dealer. The company sells only authentic branded merchandise but is not affiliated with or an officially licensed boutique of the brands it sells.
